What would be good gear for a 53 hunter on WoW?

at 53 or at least 60 id start thinking about racking up honor in the battlegrounds and saving up for ur epic armor

Well, hunters can win easily a rouge if you attack first. Also they have a advantage against warlock because they are weak to hits. Warriors also have a disadvantage against hunters but you must be very careful when fighting a warrior because if he reach you there you’ll be in great disadvantage.

At lvl 53 your main objective should be to lvl, so at this stage you just want to focus on that and pick up gear as you go along. At your lvl there is no specific armour sets, and you don’t want to be wasting your honour on crappy lvl 60 pvp armour sets which are well out of date. But for your lvl you want anything with stamina or agility for either pvp or pve. Whether that comes in the form of mail or leather it doesn’t really matter. Agility should be your main stat as it increases Attack Power and Crit chance, which is all you need as a hunter. For pvp you should mainly focus on stamina and agility, but for pve you can sacrifice some stamina for intellect as fights are obviously longer in pve.
