i would check out the World of Warcraft forums under the Warlock section. if you REALLY wanna beat rogues, switch to SL/SL (siphon life / soul link) for PvP. if you’re a hardcore raider and a casual PvPer, just try to fear and nuke the hell out of rogues.
as for armor… i have no idea, but the Medallion of the Horde/Alliance (resil +20, removes you from stuns/incaps/sap/etc)

My current spec can destroy a rogue. You can look it up under the WoW armory under warlockmini. Muradin realm.
